The three elemental dragons take about 30 minutes to complete one loop, while the Light Dragon takes around 2 realtime hours to complete a loop of the entire map of Hyrule. In order to find them, you will need to seek out the paths they loop and either wait for them to fly near you, or travel along their paths both above and below ground.
